Billy Smith founded BCM Custom Homes with a simple philosophy: do the right thing for the right reason. With over 10 years of hands-on construction experience supervising more than 20 builds, Billy brings both expertise and integrity to every project.
As a Boerne resident, Billy is deeply invested in the community his company serves. You’ll find him at local sporting events, school functions, and community gatherings—not just as a business owner, but as a neighbor and friend.
Billy’s hands-on approach ensures that every BCM client receives personal attention from contract signing through key delivery. He believes that building a custom home should be an exciting journey, not a stressful ordeal.
